Otherwise, Tom and two longtime Perth friends - bassist Pete Jeavons and drummer Daniel Susnjar - have a fine, very conversational time with the leader’s compositions. It’s a feast of memorable melodies and nice grooves, with improvisatory spark and superb sound quality.
